Topic map sharing

The people in your workspace can automatically see all topic maps in the workspace. It is also possible to share a specific topic map with other Kamala users not in your workspace.

Sharing

When you open a topic map you start at the dashboard. There are two more tabs on this page: statistics and sharing. On the Sharing tab you can send invitations to other Kamala users to share this topic map.

N.B. Sharing is based on email address, you will receive a message when the user does not exist.

When you share a topic map you can choose to assign the user one of three roles: read-only, instance-editor or ontology-editor.
